How to we get started?
Getting started is simple. Contact our team to discuss your water needs, property location, and daily water requirements. We’ll recommend the right Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) system for your situation and guide you through installation and setup. Our goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, and we’ll work closely with you to make sure the system delivers the water security you need.
To place an order, an initial AUD $500 deposit per unit is required. When the order is ready to be confirmed with the manufacturer, 70% of the system cost must be paid to commence manufacturing.
Before the unit is shipped, the remaining balance, including shipping, insurance, and delivery from port to site, must be paid in full.
As a customer benefit, we offer a cash-back of the initial AUD $500 deposit once the order is completed. This is not a refund, but a credit returned to the customer after the successful completion of the order.
What can AWG water be used for?
Water produced from Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) systems can be used for a wide range of purposes, including drinking water, livestock watering, farm operations, irrigation support, community water supply, and emergency drought relief. It is also suitable for remote properties, construction sites, health centres, schools, and disaster-response situations where reliable water access is limited.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the model and availability. Most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and typically arrive within 4–16 weeks, is dependant on size. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates on production, shipping, and delivery timelines so you know exactly when to expect your system.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our Atmospheric Water Generation systems are manufactured by trusted technology partners in Spain, the United States, and Japan. These manufacturers specialise in advanced water generation technology, producing durable, high-quality equipment designed for long operational life and reliable performance.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the system size, weight, and delivery location. Because Atmospheric Water Generation units are commercial equipment, freight is usually arranged through international cargo shipping. We provide a confirmed shipping quote before finalising any order.
As a general guide: Sea freight is usually the most economical option for large equipment.
Shipping containers to Australia can range roughly AUD $1,200–$8,500 depending on container size and route.
Air freight is faster but more expensive, often charged per kilogram and used for urgent shipments.
Delivery typically takes:
30–40 days by sea freight
5–10 days by air freight
